The vehicle is located in Holland and has a British Export Document - it's not registered in Holland.    The "Devilisch Dakar" was bought from the UK 4 years ago, and was originally registered NEH 420 belonging to Chris Simons.  It's up for sale because the owner doesn't have time for off-roading due to setting up his own business.
